HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR SMART-TARGET SYSTEM
All PITCHPERFECT sealed inflatable Smart-Targets are completely handmade by skilled craftspersons and as such are not mass produced. Output from our manufacturers is limited and we value quality over time. All targets are made to order and PITCHPERFECT do not manufacture for stockholding.
In order to get this high quality product to you as economically as possible we need to meet our manufacturing partners minimum order requirements.
SUPPLIED STRICTLY TO pre-order CUSTOMERS ONLY
STEP 1
Register your intent to purchase a system by selecting the products you wish to purchase and completing the PRE-ORDER form.
We require no payment at this stage. You will now be on our waiting list.
As we receive orders we will keep all registrants notified of progress by email and supply a manufacturing date as soon as we have the numbers for approval to commit to one. You will be then advised of your Free-Onboard purchase price and an estimated freight cost to your address along with details of how to progress to Step 2
STEP 2
Confirm your order with a payment of 55% of the total cost of your order.
This enters your order into the manufacturing process.
(Change of Mind - In these circumstances this payment is non-refundable unless we can sell your allocation to another party. In such an event your payment less any incurred costs/fees will be returned)
STEP 3
Complete payment of the outstanding 45% of the total cost of your order
You will be notified that your system is fully manufactured and ready to ship.
Once payment is received a shipping method will be agreed, quoted and paid for before shipping. Shipping costs do not include any local import taxes or duty.
STEP 4
PITCHPERFECT will supply you with shipping details so you can track the delivery of your order.

Our target systems are relatively large shipping sizes. In order to get them to you as economically as possible we will offer you the service of being a part of a containerised group delivery. This takes longer than individual delivery methods, but is cheaper.
